Jim Muehlhausen CPA, JD, author of "The 51 Fatal Business Errors and How to Avoid Them," has had articles featured in numerous publications including Businessweek.com, Entrepreneur, Inc., Indianapolis Business Journal, The Small Business Report, Undercar Digest, Digitrends and NAICC Legal Journal. Over the past eight years, Jim has personally coached hundreds of business owners in more than 4,000 face-to-face coaching sessions and has clients in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
As part of his ongoing research, Muehlhausen found that too many businesses were using stale, outdated business models. Worse yet, there seemed to be no materials to help them fix it. For the past several years, Muehlhausen has devoted his practice to improving business models for small-to-mid-sized businesses.
